Terms of Service

1. Service Description

KROMA is an aesthetic audio processing platform that applies analog-style digital signal processing (DSP) effects — including tube saturation, tape flutter, and dynamic expansion — to audio and video files uploaded by users. We do not generate original content; we process media that you provide.

2. User Responsibility & Copyright

You retain full ownership of all media you upload. By using KROMA, you confirm that you have the legal right to process any file you submit — including the right to modify, distribute, and create derivative works from that content.

KROMA is a neutral processing tool. We do not review, moderate, or claim ownership of your uploads. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable copyright, trademark, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use KROMA to:

  • Process content you do not have legal rights to modify or distribute.
  • Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or other content protection systems.
  • Upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or infrastructure.

4. Data & Storage

Uploaded files are processed and temporarily stored to complete your request. Processed outputs are available for download for a limited period (typically 7 days) and may be automatically deleted thereafter. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the requested processing service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

KROMA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high-quality output, audio processing is inherently subjective. We do not guarantee that processed files will meet your specific creative, technical, or commercial requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KROMA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.

7. Changes to Service & Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
